Shipping & Returns

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your parcel leaves our studio. Nationwide delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

A flat delivery charge of Rs 250 applies nationwide on orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Free shipping on all orders of Rs 4,000 or more.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide — pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. You may open and check your parcel before paying.

Not quite right? Return unworn items with original tags within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — return shipping is on us, no questions asked. To start a return, email hello@blockandbold.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. BLOCK & BOLD will make it right at no cost to you.
