These terms govern your use of BLOCK & BOLD and any purchase you make. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them carefully.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an obvious mistake, with a full refund of anything already paid.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected in full by the courier at the time of delivery. Orders may be verified by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
You may return eligible, unworn items within 7 days of delivery. Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched — contact us as early as possible. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
We photograph and describe every product as accurately as we can, but slight variation in colour or measurement may occur between screens and batches. Such variation is not a defect.
BLOCK & BOLD is not liable for delays outside our control (courier disruptions, weather, or force majeure). Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
